Groove Auto Teams Up with the Tim Tebow Foundation

Summit Automotive Partners supports the communities in each of its dealerships’ markets through sponsorships, charitable and community events. In 2010, Summit introduced a fundraising program called Drive for Education, created by CEO Rod Buscher. Drive for Education works to raise $100,000 annually at each of its dealerships through auto sales to help at-risk children in the community. To kick off the program in Denver, Groove Automotive teamed up with Denver Broncos quarterback, Tim Tebow, and his foundation, to increase awareness for the program and encourage Coloradoans to join him in supporting today’s youth.

Thousands Remembered at the 9/11/11 Freedom Rally at Dick's Sporting Goods Park

The Rally was a celebration of American resilience and freedom “to honor and respect those who serve and protect.” The Rally aimed to reclaim the date of September 11 as one of celebrating and honoring while still remembering those lost in the terrorist attacks and subsequent conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq.

So Much to Give, So Many Great Causes

At Groove, we think giving back to our community and those who serve our nation is important. We have made it a priority to support local organizations and causes throughout the year, offering donations and services where we can.

Since the start of the year, our promotions staff has been handing out Support Our Soldier (SOS) bracelets at events throughout the Denver area, encouraging people to text in and donate $5.00 to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Through this initiative alone, we have already raised hundreds of dollars for DAV. Additionally, Groove has teamed up with the Ride for Freedom Service Dogs, an organization rescuing dogs to be used as service dogs for disabled veterans, to provide staging and SOS bracelets for its events. On June 25th, we helped the Craig Hospital Paralympics Team host its car show at Invesco Field, providing the PA system for the event.

 

Groove Auto Joins the Neighborhood

Year-round, Groove Automotive sponsors the Highlands Ranch Community Association, a local community organization made up of thousands of residents from the Highlands Ranch neighborhood. Highlands Ranch is located just a few miles from Groove Toyota and Groove Subaru on Broadway, and only a few minutes further from Groove Ford and Groove Mazda on Arapahoe. The sponsorship provides Groove with the opportunity to immerse the dealerships into local the community and have a one-on-one engagement with our neighbors. The Groove Roadshow is always on hand for the association’s major events. Groove makes the Groove Roadshow mobile stage available to charities for parties and organizations for private events.
